About Us

TechNewsNest is a tech news site for people who use technology every day but don’t want to read a press release to find out what changed. When WhatsApp adds a feature, Google changes Gmail or Apple ships an iPhone update, we explain it in plain English: what’s new, who gets it and whether you need to do anything.

Who runs TechNewsNest

TechNewsNest was started in October 2026 by Muhammad Irfan, a tech blogger from Pakistan with five years of experience writing about technology. He runs the site and is responsible for everything we publish. You can read more about him on the Meet the Author page.

What we cover

  • Updates to the apps millions of people use, like WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and Gmail
  • Phone and computer updates for Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac
  • New features in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini
  • Changes from big tech companies that affect ordinary users

How we write

Every story starts with the source. Where we can, we link to the company’s own announcement, blog post or help page so you can check it yourself. We keep the language simple, skip the hype and say clearly when something is only a test or a rumor.

How the site is paid for

TechNewsNest is free to read. To cover hosting and our time, the site may show ads, use affiliate links or publish sponsored posts. Anything that’s paid for is labeled, and it doesn’t change how we report the news. The details are on our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure page.
